We will accept returns within a 'reasonable time' but you must let us know straight away if something is wrong with your order at lorri@creativechaosco.co.uk

We cannot accept returns where the labels have been removed or it's not in its original packaging or been worn.

FAQ'S

What is the usual turn around for orders?
We aren't fast fashion so we say to expect orders to take 7 days to turn around, maybe slightly less, maybe slightly more, but you will love it when it arrives. We create all orders bespoke, as our customers are all so individual.

What are your delivery options?
Once everything is ready, we ship with Yodel or DPD Next Day Courier Service or occasionally Royal Mail for UK. Overseas orders are via a whole array of shipping partners, but you will receive a tracking link so you can easily keep an eye on your order.

How do I return an item?
We offer a no quibble policy so you can always return items to us. Just check the address and email above to return to and pop a note in side with your instructions. Make sure you keep the labels and original packaging on for when you return items please.

Do you donate back to charity in any way?
Yes, we support animal rescue and have chosen animal charities we support, including where our rescued sheep are. But on top, in the summer we will be holding animal therapy open days at our local sanctuary, where you can meet our sheep up close and all the other animals, as animal therapy is one of the only things that seems to quieten our extremely busy ADHD brains here at Creative Chaos Co. We would love you to experience that too, so look out for our summer open day info.

Do you provide International delivery?
Yes absolutely and use many different shipping partners so we can keep our costs low and affordable. PLEASE NOTE: Our prices DO NOT include duty paid, the duty to be paid is the responsibility of the customer choosing to shop with us.
